Owner, Shateria has always loved a good themed event! She often found that there were no props that could be rented to take theme design elements to the next level. While in search of props for her 30th birthday party, the vision was birthed and grew into something bigger than what could have been imagined.
Theme prop rentals have become one of the hottest new trends for events such as weddings, birthday parties, anniversary dinners and corporate gatherings. We are excited to bring you some unique rentals that are sure to enhance any event you have!
In July of 2020, during the pandemic, Shateria obtained the LLC for SIMPLYPROPS LLC, and decided that in May of 2021, she would officially launch the business. What a journey it has been but we're so excited for what's to come!

Simply Props specializes in Theme Prop Rentals, Event Decor & Accessories. We are the first theme-specific prop rental company located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Our props can be used for any and all events including but not limited to birthday parties, weddings, high school proms and corporate events.
